Frequently Asked Questions — VLLS Developments

Question 1

Can foreigners buy a villa in Thailand?

Accepted Answer

Foreign nationals can hold property in Thailand through several legal structures. The most common options include leasehold agreements, Thai company ownership and condominium title. We recommend consulting a qualified Thai property lawyer to understand the structure that best suits your circumstances. Question 2

What is the buying process with VLLS?

The process begins with an initial enquiry and project documentation review, followed by a reservation, legal review, signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement, construction milestone payments and final handover. Full details are on our Buying a Villa page.

Please contact our team for current payment terms and currency options applicable to your chosen project.
